Position: Major Accounts Specialist - Escrow

Job Brief

We are seeking a Major Accounts Specialist for our Customer Operations that specializes in Escrow that is accountable for customer satisfaction and expansion across the existing Prime Trust customer base. By proactive outreach and account management, the right candidate will strengthen key client relationships, identify new opportunities, maximize value to drive consumption, and help customers grow their business. This role requires both business and technical skills. The ideal candidates will be able to use their technical resources to troubleshoot issue before engaging additional engineers. Ultimately, the Major Account Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer needs are met.

As new functionality becomes available, this individual will get the opportunity to work with existing clients on integrating new features while streamlining existing business opportunities. Candidates should be available to travel from time to time to meet with customers.

Experience and Skills

2+ years of customer service experience required

Familiarity with Zendesk preferred

Personable demeanor with a “can do” attitude and takes pride in helping customers

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment that evolves with customer needs

Enjoys flexing their problem solving and analytical skills whenever applicable

Self-motivated and resourceful

Ability to convey messages and ideas concisely and effectively with professionalism

Must have open availability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends

Work Schedule: Open Availability (from 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Sunday)

Must be in the Las Vegas area

Education

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year, accredited institution, or equivalent experience
