Position: Office Assistant

Job Brief

Prime Trust is looking for an office assistant who will organize, perform administrative tasks, act as a receptionist, schedule meetings and appointments, and support other staff with organizational tasks.

Principal Responsibilities

Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of the visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location

Organize travel to include booking accommodations and reservations, as needed

Responsible for coordinating events, as needed

Prepare, receive, sort, and deliver mail correspondence, to include: documents, packages, and courier deliveries

Responsible for office maintenance and organization this is to include being accountable to maintain a clean office environment to include: cleaning kitchen, new hire office/workstations, conference room sanitization, supply closet, and any other open public areas

Manages office inventory to include being responsible for restocking product, verifying accuracy of shipments and maintaining a good working relationship with outside vendors.

Responsible for company swag and assisting the HR Generalist with onboarding processes for new hires to include: business cards, swag shipment, preparing work stations, etc.

Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed

Performing administrative duties and errands, as needed

Performs other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Must be flexible and possess the ability to prioritize tasks by level of importance

Strong attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's is preferred

Working Conditions

This position must work from our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.  Culture is energetic, interactive, and growth oriented, far more of a fin tech environment than a traditional financial institution

Job Type: Full-time position

Salary: $36,000/yr
