Position: Paralegal

Job Brief

Prime Trust is seeking a paralegal that will assist the legal department in many facets of corporate law, from paperwork to court proceedings. This position may attend meetings, prepare documents, and other comparable tasks.

Principal Responsibilities

Meets with company attorney and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects

Respond to requests for information

Create organizational documents to include assisting in paperwork needed by regulatory bodies

Perform legal research to include analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis to attorneys

Conducts interview and prepares summaries of statements

Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items

Performs other related duties as assigned

Experience and Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Superb attention to detail, as well as organizational and multi-tasking skills

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software


Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required, Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred

Paralegal certificate required

Related experience preferred

This position must work from our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.  Culture is energetic, interactive, and growth oriented, far more of a fin tech environment than a traditional financial institution
