Position: Inside Sales Representative
Banq is seeking motivated and well-spoken Customer Onboarding Representative to join our team. This position is not a cold calling position but is a warm outbound calling position.
When not working directly on customer onboarding, this position will assist the customer service representatives in assisting general customer inquiries.
The right candidates will play a fundamental role in communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
Greet customers and create rapport
Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
Staying informed about competing products and services
Use excellent oral communications and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Performs other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong listening and sales skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Minimum of three years of related experience required
Bachelor's degree or related experience
