Position: Compliance/Infosec Program Manager

Job Brief

Prime Trust is seeking a Compliance/Infosec Program Manager that will own all cross-functional facilitation of projects and programs with focus on the needs of the Compliance and Information Security teams.  This role will report to the PMO.

Principal Responsibilities

Support in the development of compliance, security/risk management programs from inception to delivery across organizations

Responsible for delivering programs to defined scope and timeline via ensuring cross-functional team dependencies are defined, planned, communicated and tracked

Proven ability to work independently, balance multiple priorities, adapt to a constantly changing business strategies, drive projects to completion, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Must have a meticulous, detail-driven focus on process and internal controls

Must have experience and understanding of JIRA ticketing system and Confluence

Able to coordinate testing and collaborate on remediation efforts

Work as liaison between internal teams (Finance, F&A, Accounts Payable, Product, Legal, Technology, Customer Care, Revenue, compliance and Security)

Continuously monitoring key performance indicators (Budget, Program Component deliverables or others identified in the Program/Project Management Plan) to measure project successes

Responsible for developing and maintaining Project Status Reports for product roadmap (including obtaining approvals and archiving documentation)

Experience and Skills

5 + years of of Program Management experience

2+ year of direct or indirect working experience working with  compliance teams

Previous experience in technology with strong working knowledge and understanding of information security is a plus

Must have experience working with all levels of the organization, to include C-level to individual contributors

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and teams around the organization

Must Have:

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a highly demanding environment

An extremely responsive and collaborative team-player mentality

Excellent judgment and demonstrated ability to handle time-sensitive work

Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail

Education

Bachelor's or equivalent experience

PMP Certification preferred, not required

This job is available for either remote or in office work. Culture is energetic, interactive, and growth oriented, far more of a fin tech environment than a traditional financial institution

Job Type: Full-time position

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
