Job Brief

Prime Trust is looking for Market Development Representatives (MDR) that possess a strong interest in FinTech, and a long-term career in B2B software sales.  The right candidate(s) will also identify appropriate businesses to target, operate a set of Sales Engagement tools/processes to support outreach, and secure discovery calls with key accounts. This position will work closely with the sales team and senior managers to test and evolve our Go To Market strategy.

Principal Responsibilities

Own a target for opportunities created within a key vertical or region

Identify key accounts with a high need and drive engagement

Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders

Leverage technology/tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn for automation and analytics for effectiveness

Researching and building lists of relevant target companies to pursue

Following-up and driving engagement for email campaigns, webinars, events and other marketing activities

Qualifying inbound leads for the outside sales teams to pursue

Establishing relationships within target organizations via phone, email and social media

Booking discovery calls and demo meetings for our sales executives

Initiating 40-50 activities/day while building rapport and real engagement

Nurturing existing leads and driving velocity until they are ready to engage in evaluation

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop the best script/approach

Experience and Skills

2+ Years of experience in a Lead-generation role (ideally SaaS and FinTech)

Demonstrated track record of achievement against quota expectations

Outstanding communication, organizational and time-management skills

Proven analytical skills and ability to communicate information effectively to the team

Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Self-starter, naturally curious to learn and develop yourself


Bachelor's preferred

Flexible PTO/Paid holidays/401(k)/Health, Dental, and Vision insurance for employee and dependents, which is currently 100% paid by the company, after the first of the month following date of hire/cell phone reimbursement up to $100 per month
