Position: Director of Broker-Dealer Relationships for FundAmerica
Prime Trust is looking for Director of Broker-Dealer Relationships for FundAmerica that is a highly motivated securities professional to lead business development on a B2B level. The right candidate will promote and sell our suite of financial infrastructure to broker-dealers, real estate syndicators, and crowdfunding platforms who help firms raise capital pursuant to Reg’s CF, D, and A. This executive position will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Broker-dealers involved with raising capital for private businesses and real estate
Crowdfunding portals and platforms
Real estate syndicators
Crypto NFT securities issuers
Forming relationships with the people in the ecosystem including lawyers, accountants, consultants
Key tasks include networking, speaking at conferences, cold calling B2B prospects, presentations, negotiation, deal closing. We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience and have a Series 7 license (current or former) and who know how to sell at the highest professional levels.
Experience and Skills
Successful sales track record in B2B sales
Financial markets knowledge and passion
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, autonomous, team player with an impeccable reputation
Entrepreneurial, customer-focused and solution-minded
Ability to understand and sell financial ecosystem solutions to broker-dealer problems
Bachelor's degree or related experience
Series 7 General Securities Registered Representative
Culture is energetic, interactive, and growth oriented, far more of a fin tech environment than a traditional financial institution
