Position: Revenue Program Manager

Job Brief

Prime Trust is seeking a Revenue Program Manager who will own all cross-functional facilitation of projects and programs with focus on the needs of the Sales/ Support/ Marketing team. The Revenue team consists of the following primary functions: Sales, Customer Support, Account Management and Marketing. This role will report into the PMO team.

Principal Responsibilities

Leads assigned projects from inception to conclusion, and in accordance with, Prime Trust Enterprise program management Policy” associated PMO Agile PMLC processes, and PMI-based best practices

Responsible for delivery of project/program to defined scope and timeline via ensuring cross-functional team dependencies are defined, planned, communicated and tracked

Leads the end-to-end execution of the cross-functional programs, from working with C-level executives to the analyst to ensure adequate resourcing, to developing the Program/Project Management plan within project budget

Suggest data-driven recommendations on potential strategy changes and offer conclusion for on-going and future projects/products

Continuously monitoring key performance indicators (Budget, Program Component deliverables or others identified in the Program/Project Management Plan) to measure project successes

Work as liaison between internal teams (Finance, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Product, Legal, Technology, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing)

Act as a thought-partner to business stakeholders and influence key system decisions

Possess a deep understanding of CRM (Salesforce) system implementation

Additional experiences in Marketo and Zendesk implementation

Experience and Skills

5+ years of Program Management experience

Experience with working with all levels of the organization, C-level to individual contributors

Strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and teams around the organization

Financial services experience preferred

Technical knowledge to interpret Salesforce technical requirements

Possess basic contract process experience

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a highly demanding environment

Excellent judgment and demonstrated ability to handle time-sensitive work

Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail

Education

BS/BA degree

This job is available for either remote or in office work. Culture is energetic, interactive, and growth oriented, far more of a fin tech environment than a traditional financial institution
