Position: Growth Marketing Manager

Job Brief

Prime Trust is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will will be responsible for building a lifecycle marketing engine. From demand generation to retention, we are looking for a performance marketing athlete to help set our foundation, optimize our channels and spend, and develop reports and standards to measure success and progress. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and analytical, with strong written and oral communication skills, and able to collaborate cross-functionally across teams. This is an exciting opportunity to build a function from the ground up and scale quickly.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop a full-funnel lead generation engine to drive pipeline across key industry verticals and market segments

  • Lead channel strategy and work with marketing colleagues to maximize spend and performance across the marketing mix

  • Proficiency designing, launching, testing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, including paid social, SEM, display, email nurture programs, and retargeting

  • Set KPIs and key metrics for all campaigns, creating dashboards to measure and track performance, and testing and optimizing based on results.

  • Responsible for developing a lead scoring system

  • Will launch and maintain lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the funnel

  • Implement a scalable ABM program to improve win rate and AOV with high value named accounts

  • Collaborate with content and product marketing to develop omni-channel campaigns focused on launching new products, acquiring new customers and expanding growth within existing accounts

  • Regularly report on key metrics including: lead volume (e.g. MQLs/SQLs), pipeline, revenue and bookings attribution, funnel velocity

  • Relentlessly test and optimize campaigns, refine processes and systems, and implement best practices to operations

Experience and Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience developing and executing growth marketing programs in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Demonstrated proficiency working in marketing automation platforms and with marketing tools including Marketo and Salesforce, Looker, Google Analytics and Contentful

  • Experience managing campaigns from inception to completion and measurement

  • Strong knowledge of demand generation best practices across inbound, outbound, and ABM

  • Strategic thinker who can set realistic targets and plan complex, targeted campaigns across channels

  • Exceptional project management and communication skills

  • Passion for fintech, financial infrastructure, and digital assets

  • Experience working in a regulated finance, tech or fintech industry, or with relevant clients in an agency setting

  • Flexibility working across multiple projects and tasks in a fast-growth environment

  • Infrequent travel may occur

Education

Bachelor's degree required

This job is available for either remote or in office work. Culture is energetic, interactive, and growth oriented, far more of a fin tech environment than a traditional financial institution
